Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. We went to my parent's house for lunch. It was a wonderful to spend time with family on this day. Our Easter menu included:
Baked chicken with lemon and thyme
Green beans with shallots
Roasted asparagus with Parmesan cheese
Salad
Rolls
Brownies
Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
