I am thankful for:

Spending time with my niece and nephew at Easter.

A successful surgery for my friend's mother.

Hearing from an old college roommate....so wonderful to keep in touch.

An awesome Mexican lunch out today with my colleagues...seriously it was the best Mexican food!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. We went to my parent's house for lunch. It was a wonderful to spend time with family on this day. Our Easter menu included:

Baked chicken with lemon and thyme
Green beans with shallots
Roasted asparagus with Parmesan cheese
Salad
Rolls
Brownies
Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries

The Bachelor: London Calling

Yes ladies, the British are coming!! Is anyone else excited about this season's new bachelor? I've been disappointed with this show the last few seasons, however, I think ABC may have it right this time. Tune in next Monday night on ABC for the premier.

Blog Slacker

Blog slacker...yes that's me. I haven't been very good at posting on my own blog, but have enjoyed catching up on everyone's blogs lately.

We had a great weekend on Friday night we went out with friends to a comedy club, so much fun. I seriously can't remember when I laughed that hard. On Sunday we got a sneak peak of spring, it was warm and sunny...and of course it didn't last. Hope everyone has a great week!
